I very disappointed to TM service ai... my unifi start from 25/11/2010 every night 9.30pm start my download speed will auto drop to 1.2-1.5M, and upload is 2-2.5M. I make a lot of complaint to TM but their give the reason is network issue. Who can help me?????

I think same problem with me..I just logged a report yesterday, and just now sent email to unifi support and skmm with proof. Will seek the answer from them tomorrow..last time during my streamyx 4mbps problem, i keep calling them everyday until my problem resolved...

Hy i bought the mikrotik rb250gs yday.just found out my router can support pppoe. Cn sifus hre tell me which router to get? Cheaper is better.btw i'm just a total noob in ths networking stuff.so i appreciate all help.thanks in advance.

testing at morning is ok but everynight is slow... so sien la..

Perhaps you should give them a call. The day after you made a report, tell them your line still cannot and they will send you a group of technician on the next day. It's pretty swift for me I would say leniently speaking.

I just had my BTU changed this morning, but somehow I had a slight problem in connection just now.

I think some of you correct. My download is constantly 300KB/s right now... perhaps, account/port base capping had been implemented during peak hour.

One of TM's BRAS was over congested. Technicians were looking for solution at the moment.
This issue was same to previously I faced back 2 months ago.

Any response of when will the problem be fix?

Don't know why these few days... I having difficulty connect to Unifi during night time around 7pm-12am... morning, afternoon is working fine...
From the router's log, look like my router is unable to grab ip from the TM's DHCP server....

Nope, they don't even have a time frame when it will be fixed. This how Government company works.
Hired bunch of monkey's brain, and take years to rectify an issue.

Mine was completed in two and a half hours. It could be faster if they have the BTU settings in hand. Imagine five personnel in and out my home.

Speed is okay, had problem once before raya but has been okay since then. I'm @ Rahman Putra tho'.
