Anyone have tried pay their bill using RHB online? Coz today saw option Telekom Malaysia - Unifi at RHB payment option..

For the very first time, log a report regarding slow connection. Since end of November 2010, every night after 8.00PM, my speed will decrease to <2Mbps but will back to normal after 1~2AM..area, Wangsa Maju

Email sent to SKMM also..huh!!

I think same problem with me..I just logged a report yesterday, and just now sent email to unifi support and skmm with proof. Will seek the answer from them tomorrow..last time during my streamyx 4mbps problem, i keep calling them everyday until my problem resolved...

You should report this to TM Unifi. By right, you should get at least 80% of ur subscribe speed no matter day or night..

My area Wangsa Maju also face this problem. My speed after 8.00 PM will reduce to less than 1Mbps. Report to TM Unifi and send email to SKMM for this issue. TM support reply@call back that there's problem with 2 BRAS at Wangsa Maju area. So they will replace the BRAS on 28th Dec 2010 and by right on 29th, the problem should resolve....

Seems like sometime the speed to europe site will slow down. Yesterday morning till around 12PM, my speed to europe site really slow. Have to use proxy to get back my speed..haih..

btw, looks like currently my routing to europe site is bad only in morning..

Have u try do speed test? Use speedtest.net and post ur result here. If ur connection is ok, you should get 4.8~5.0Mbps.

You are using DIR-615 wireless correct?
If yes, it is advisable to use other wireless router as ur AP. TM DIR-615 commonly known for having issue with wireless.

No need to change ur router. Just set the other router as bridge. Turn off DHCP so that ur DIR-615 will do the IP assign.

For IPTV, just use the DIR-615. No need to change router.

So, basically, ur setup will be like this:

BTU--->DIR-615 (Port 1@2@3)---->Linksys Router (Bridge)
BTU--->DIR-615 (Port 4)----->IPTV

Unless your current ADSL can do Vlan tagging, then the answer is no.
You can refer to rizvanrp note on how to setup vlan bridge if u insist to use custom router. But ur setup will still have DIR-615 router in it.

Or you could ask Unifi CS to refresh ur connection..
