I very disappointed to TM service ai... my unifi start from 25/11/2010 every night 9.30pm start my download speed will auto drop to 1.2-1.5M, and upload is 2-2.5M. I make a lot of complaint to TM but their give the reason is network issue. Who can help me?????

i not sure unifi already starting doing the quota capping or not, start from 25/11 every night at 9pm my line speed will drop to 1M. I already complaint to TM, SKMM, CFM. now still not yet solve, i really regret subscribe unifi. Pay expansive but get bad service.
