3 years ago i bought a semi d right opposite parklane for only rm700k
That time i also asked in this forum Ppl advise me not to buy..luckily i didnt listen But parklane is not really good for own stay..if for investment maybe ok..too high density..sure many kfc ppl around |

Hi everybody. How much your progress payment so far? Mine one the parking is full released, 35% for the apartment. This morning just received letter from developer claim the 3rd progress payment...
