phase 3 is around 450K.

Wow....doesn't even sound logical....considering Phase 1 went for under RM300k.

just my personal opinion, high density areas usually attract more business so and more people will stay. my other place is in a high density area and it has appreciated a lot if I were to sell and easy to rent out too.

Where would that be? If you don't mind sharing...

Since its not mentioned in this specific thread, I'll just mention it again. The showroom will be demolished this 1st April 2013 to make way for the construction. So do visit it while you still can, especially if you would like to purchase 1.

The showroom has been there for few years.
Is this mean all units are sold out?
*
Showroom came up in late 2010, if I'm not mistaken.
No, they still had around 5% left (200 odd units) for sale, as of last Sunday evening. Will drop by again this Sunday to check the status again before saying bye-bye to the showroom.

you are right. rclxms.gif

just been there last weekend for continuos 4 days  sweat.gif
has confirmed with them that they will starting to move their stuffs into container this week and will demolish the show room.

units not left much, just about 30 units left.

got mine last weekend for own stay while my sis and my fren got 1 each for investment.  tongue.gif

they will review new pricing today, and wil increase about rm30k.
*
RM30k sounds too much for an increase, which will effectively kill off the chances for these units to be sold. If it is true that the price will increase by about RM30k, I think lots of flippers will take this chance to sell their property instead.

Haha, yesterday I was reading some comments and someone said you should always compare density by no. of units per land area... So for comparison...

Did you know KL Eco City is sitting on only 25 acres of land... now that is even worse density than Parklane. So Parklane is pretty good and furthermore it is freehold. LOL.
*
It comes very close, in terms of residential population density. The first block, Vogue Suites 1, has 708 residential suites. They have yet to launch Suites 2 and 3, and also the Setia Hotel and Residences. Assuming its the same, 708 x 4 = 2,800 units, over a 25 acre piece of land. And we have yet to take into consideration the office blocks. Then again, the area has much better access compared to Parklane OUG, which seems very hectic since there is only 1 main access road (Jalan Puchong) with the back road to the PPR as a supporting road.

Taman Melati Utama also has very high density, with the Platinum Victory development there. Lots of people only know of a few projects, and immediately jump to conclusion that the projects that they know off is the highest density ever. Thus, the heavy backlash that Parklane OUG is receiving in its thread.
