I am phase 1 E2, corner unit with 2 carpark. KLCC view, fully furnish furnished as usual + 1 extra air-cond (total 4 units). How much u can offer?

Agree with u the location is quit good plus with the amount u pay, u get fully furnish....plus the LRT is u behind only...hope the price will boost up after completion LRT..

Hi everybody. How much your progress payment so far? Mine one the parking is full released, 35% for the apartment. This morning just received letter from developer claim the 3rd progress payment...
