Sifus... Just want to ask, since it's a serviced aPartment would the tenant be charged any fee for cleaning and etc ? I called a salesperson , she said its included in the maintainance fee which is around rm120/month hmm.gif

hi, im interested in the service apartment. today just went to showroom have a quick look. since this service apartment come with air cons, does developer provide the ceiling fan socket point and the fan hook? sorry for asking this noob question. 1st time buyer here.

Agree with u the location is quit good plus with the amount u pay, u get fully furnish....plus the LRT is u behind only...hope the price will boost up after completion LRT..
