Many people said density high for Parklane.

The actual defination of density is:-

no of unit / land size
If looked at this calculation, 4000units for 34 acres; comparing other developments 1k+ units for 7-8 acres. Is abt the same and can see many even worse if you calculate properly. tongue.gif

Totally agree on the density calculation. Imagine if Akisama don't build, others also will built it there. I rather that area has uniformity than diff design condo cluttered together. Anyway, just booked a unit, checkin in officially 😊

Parklane OUG is vert high density but location wise is good. Some more the Tun Razak Financial Ctr is in the progress. Sure many people prefer to stay nearby KL area if the project is successful... Actually I am more interesting to start a biz there after the completion of the project ~lol~

Since its not mentioned in this specific thread, I'll just mention it again. The showroom will be demolished this 1st April 2013 to make way for the construction. So do visit it while you still can, especially if you would like to purchase 1.

The showroom has been there for few years.
Is this mean all units are sold out?

Showroom came up in late 2010, if I'm not mistaken.
No, they still had around 5% left (200 odd units) for sale, as of last Sunday evening. Will drop by again this Sunday to check the status again before saying bye-bye to the showroom.

RM30k sounds too much for an increase, which will effectively kill off the chances for these units to be sold. If it is true that the price will increase by about RM30k, I think lots of flippers will take this chance to sell their property instead.
