they told me that all KA buyer are rich and all pakai aircon, no need to give fan point.
The SA also told me that fans are only for poor people

Foresta Damansara developer provides 4 fan points to each unit. I guess the buyers are poor laugh.gif

I assume this price is for Block A1/A2 because Block B and C has units with price less than 400k....

Sifus, any different in between earlier phases (Blocks E & D), and latter phases (Blocks A, B, C)? it seens that the former are relatively quiet whereas the latter to have more commercial lots. Wonder any different in term of sub-sale value after completion...

just my personal opinion, high density areas usually attract more business so and more people will stay. my other place is in a high density area and it has appreciated a lot if I were to sell and easy to rent out too.
