Finally decided and paid booking for block D2. Now gonna send the documents to apply for a few loan. Based on their timeline, they're suppose to do so-so such as apply for loan, sign loan after a period of time as stated on the booking schedule. Is this timeline trustable or we're suppose to chase them now and then?
And also, i tried asking for carpark..but it seems all are sold out. Even if i wanted to purchase also it doesn't have the option. And as i recall properly, someone posted a link before for the parklane fb group. Can i join?

80% sold out of 4225 units as of Dec 2012. Quite amazing I would say. http://ehome.kpkt.gov.my/ehome/LaporanJual..._Pemaju=AKISAMA LAND SDN BHD&Negeri=14&PMJU_KOD=11717&PROJ_NAMA=AKISAMA LAND SDN BHD This post has been edited by 1282009: Jan 18 2013, 03:17 AM

QUOTE(chester_85 @ Jan 18 2013, 08:07 AM) only get to know about this project recently because i just started my plan to buy a home, a bit late though... how much is the price now? the price confirmed increased compared to 1st two phases.. However, if you dun bother about the density, is still consider affordable place within KL area... last checked lot units less than 400K.. My friend booked the loan rejected unit at Phase 2, price not more than 370k....

Seems property market is not weakening.

By that time, phase1 and 2 are already fully booked (except those reopened loan rejected units or cancelled, bumi units maybe).

Block B1/2/C1/2/A1/2 are all belonged to phase 3. Phase 1 is block E1/2/3 and phase 2 is block D1/2. He did not lie to you. Block A2 is launched late last year but phase 3 is started with block B1/2 in mid-2011.

Parklane OUG did advertise a lot. Otherwise, they will have hard time to sell 4000++ units

Imagine Parklane OUG only 50% occupying the 4000 units and assume only half of them drive to work during working hours, easily 1,000 cars have to pack with current congested lanes ... I couldn't think of how the Jalan Puchong's roads can sustain the traffic flow ...

There's once I'm from Old Klang heading back to Puchong via Jalan Puchong around 5.45pm and think that it wont be so bad and it turn out to be one of my worst nightmare as from the interchange of OKR to reach Puchong Jaya takes me nearly 1 hour! The jam seems happened once you turn into Jalan Puchong fm OKR and the traffic crawl or most of the time not even moving all the way to Bandar Puchong Jaya. And I couldn't imagine how that area will become once Parklane is ready which is exactly the hotspot where the jam is stuck and causing the heavy traffic all the way in Jalan Puchong. And Akisama happily busying counting money building 4,000 units at this vicinity without caring the public staying at this area.

I still can remember the big house staff is a lady, and she don't know how to answer him, just said: Well, we cannot control about Jalan Puchong. Big House staffs not able to answer this question? How did they sell so many units? This post has been edited by sheanhung: Jan 19 2013, 10:18 PM
