The computerised RAEs are held monthly but the manual RAEs have been scheduled on December 6, 2018. Please register before or on Nov 6, 2018. The venues for manual RAEs are not announced yet but as before, there will be 5 venues, northern, eastern, central, Sabah and Sarawak.

May i know if i owe a Baofeng UV5R, can i use the local repeater like Gunung Ulu Kali 9M4RHS for my own communications ?

Usually, ham repeaters are for community use. They are not for non-ham, personal or commercial use.

For those who wanted to try C4FM/DMR/DSTAR digital mode, can try to explore via 9W2LWK-L (951038) echolink node (Analog2Digital transcoding), FYI, digital audio quality on digital HT/mobile will be better compare to 8-bit, PCM, 8000 Hz, Mono format on echolink.
