I'm 4Mbps subscriber and now constantly capped to 0.5Mbps. Can I ask tmnut to pro rate my bill? I will pay only for 0.5 connection.

Speed reduce during peak hours has always been around. But this isnt speed reduction. Its a damn hard cap. Plus all those CS operators dunno anything la about this cap la. Think only the top level staff knows

What's happening here is not speed being reduced. Its a hardcap indiscriminately.

I don't buy the "be fair" bullsh*t because with hardcap like this, that means the available bandwidth is not fully utilize, they just cap everyone and save themself the bandwidth usage.

You bet. Frankly I don't mind slow at night because I understand it's peak time where everyone is at home online.
