shit la if this capping hit me already,

till yesterday i still can get 3.6mbps speed test and downloading at 400kbps++ but TODAY IS BAD, my max download speed is 80kbps and my speedtest only 0.8 ~1mb.

damn,i thought i can escape the radar..but stupid la TM! dont la wei, i need to download tons of games from steam.

btw,this trend happen to me on 9/11 and i kaw2 scold the 4mb cs guy,told him to ask the server guy to reset/refresh/do whateva to my port or speed to get it back up like normal...and i get my speed back on 11/11

for my case tonite, i just finished talk to another 4mb cs guy, hope can get it fix by tomorrow/saturday.

You are only entitled for a rebate once your technical report is closed. If they chose not to close it, then you won;t get any. Its a bullshit policy.

just now i try contact to billing department via 100.... but .... no body pick up the phone after i wait around 10mins.....

close the report? means the report open for 1 years... then i still pay RM110 for my package and get 0.2Mb speed ?

but after 1 year the report is close, so the rebate is maybe RM0.10 only...... wha lao ....

Seems like most user that affected by this stupid capping by tmnut came from large cities like KL, JB etc.... Maybe I live at a bit rural and unknown area at Malaysia, that's why I'm still not feel the effect of this things.... tongue.gif

Hopefully they will not do any cap on my DSLAM...

haha yeah. i always make complain to them.

in my record now, i have like 2 reports every month(i will open a report when i get slow speed more than 3-4 hours) and few cases solved in skmm already, they rebate me like 3-4 till today. i wont give them any face! vmad.gif

now everytime im complaint, it seems like they speed up my case..i hope it will be the same this time.

Hi All...wanna jump on the bandwagon.

I just upgrade to 1mbps streamyx bb deal (have to wait 3 weeks), and just yesterday got full speed.

Speedtest for malaysian servers ( Seri Kembangan, KL and Cyberjaya, Penang) got 1.5+mbps rclxms.gif

BUT all international servers got only 0.2-0.3mbps (uploads not effected) doh.gif

Test using my own account and office account (1mbps) also the same.
shut off router and modem, unplug everything, wait about and hour also the same...

Hotfile/fileserve download like a siput laaa (Siputmyx).


Sooo...the question IS...how to complain about this? Or is it just my account?

Btw, i stay at Bandar Putra Permai, Seri Kembangan.

speed seem restored for me....cap start from 12pm until 1am....tomorrow will check again around mentioned time..
