I started getting capped today. Http downloads dropped from 90 kBps to 30 kBps. Will Malaysian VPNs like Bolehvpn help? Anyone can recommend a VPN?

The Act will only mostly affect P2P and a VPN will solve a lot of problems as said earlier.
