yes...those who are real real...24/7 the line dedicated to download only....should be impose with cap....

wowow guys dun flame first...as i said the line are really dedicated to download not average home user that do download smile.gif .

i think most of the ISP in the world would also said they wont cap but it got a FAIR USAGE policy.....

the cap should impose for those who....getting a 4mbps line for 365 days,30days a month 7 days a week and 24 hour for download.

it does cause disturb over network,so thus other user are lagging badly. as you know TM guys working style on maintaince.....sometimes dun so self-fish.....care for others

laugh.gif It's not hard to know who. Every account faster than 1mbps is a bandwidth 'hogger'.

TMNUT is really BOLEH in BOLEHLAND for BOLEH cap our streamyx speed like hell...
really BOLEH for TAK BOLEH give customers the speed promised...
btw...izit the TMNUTJOB now still saying is the speed based on best effort basis?
*
You bet. Frankly I don't mind slow at night because I understand it's peak time where everyone is at home online.

If MCMC cannot solve your speed problem, I suggest reporting to Consumer Tribunal. MCMC is under no obligation to help any of us. Consumer Tribunal is however different because it's law binding.

Only thing we can do is complain to MCMC and if still not resolved, Consumer Tribunal.

Aiyah TM is too scared to announce an official bandwidth cap after the Unifi fiasco so start doing this covert cap. I bet they must have thought 50GB per month cap is too high already.

If that is the case y not they change the word INTERNET to INTRANET since they only responsible locally.. Any lawyer here in LYN = =! What can we do against TMNut ? I guess even complaints won't affect much.. Since they have Telekom as the backstage and gov supporting them = = Can they really do what they want with our connection ?
*
I say already. If mcmc cannot help then you go report TM to Consumer Tribunal for poor service and not meeting Service Level Agreement of 80% subscribed bandwidth. The Consumer Tribunal is a mini court.

http://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/ Need to pay RM5.

Ok, I'm gonna suggest a new approach. We abandon TM for Jaring. Yes Jaring may not support your area but if you e-mail them your interest to subscribe and with many of us I'm sure they will look into providing service for your area.
