Unfortunately I cant get 60.51 for more than a year already

Has the slowdown happen on that IP before this?

Can report to SKMM eventhough I don't report to TM 1st?

i didn't and there's an option to say that you've tried internet forum to learn more of the problem, but i went ahead and said i did report to TM anyway.

for good measure i also included the URL to this very thread to prove my point that it's a nationwide problem so they can't say it's the upgrading work bollock all over again.

TMNet mainly capped on International and bolehvpn is having International server too.

Speed seems to resume again now. Have my speed back to track by download from without dlnext server.

pay for 4mb but limited speed connect to international server~~==|||

aftter 12am my speed burst 210kb/sec stupid tmnet

again after 1.30am, got a bit improvement but i still didn't get my normal speed T__T

max at only 100KBps++

now my speed burst like hell 220kb/sec
but nid to sleep nao

tmorow morning kena capp 10kb/sec =(

my speed now, 1mbps

IP range is 60.52.XXX.XX. tried with 124 and 118 range also the same. stupid la TMNet!

Having some friends working in TM.

He mentioned HTTP port to international is not limited.
but sites which uses a hell lots of bandwidth like fileshare, hotfile, rapidshare, youtube might being throttle.
Not sure about the seedboxs and all those private server though.

but the way, my current streamyx line are not able to get 60. range ip since the 1st day its installed.

cause it's like QoS.
they can't give all the line dedicated to everyone. they have bandwidth limit going outside. going inside around malaysia no problemo 100MBit also no problem but going outside they don have good enough equipment to give like connection to outiside. ( few GBps i was being told meh don wan disclose )

If everyone is leeching at the same time, and everything goes slow cause there's a speed limit on the system.

For the iprange. Different ip range goes to different gateway. Some gateway goes to china faster some gateway goes to US faster. If you get the gateway which is going to US faster then you good lor download fast.

Speed cap is not only limited to file hosts downloading only. I'm downloading from private server in the US. When the downloads starts , it hits 100kbs and gradually drops to 50kb.
