I should have bought apple stocks at USD250 larast time when my friend asked me to put everything I got in it.  I didnt buy any.......now looking at it hitting USD 700 ps.  If I had bought, can hantam duo biji bungalow at JH...sigh....

Now my friend sold everything in Msia and migrated to England liao.

Hysteresis, you seems to like Kajang a lot because you die die want to choose Kajang.

I bought a house in JH and currently staying near Kajang since beginning of this year.

Would like to know from you the goodness of Kajang as I'm still exploring.

I surely believe there are convenience in Kajang that I have yet to discover.

However, I do see the future potential of this place which makes me buy JH in this first place.

1)I also dislike the wooden flooring workmanship.
2) We hardly have any spece in between units for better landscape. However, I will plant some bamboo tree and 2 pots of water lily infornt of my units.

But I like my unit view. It is almost at the top of jadehill  and  the unit look very grand. my parking lot can put 6 car/ play badminton.

It is weird too that the Duplex is still available as it is not so many units.
I personally like the double volume design. It is a rare product.
If I aint mistaken total only 16units

But maybe the facing is bad East West and also facing the back of residential of other project.
