What is their planning of the piece of land?
Jadehills - Developed by Gamuda, Can anyone provide some insights?

more than 10acres leh JH commercial land.
JH is 70% resi and 30% commercial. They have developed Jadite and shopots....still got more than 80acres of commercial land there |

you need to go to see the master plan and talk to SA. Basically all land outside the resi proper is commercial land....
opposite main guard house and before the rail way track. |
