landscaping wise, gamuda still cant beat SP Setia (not sure now that most talented ppl have migrated to EcoWorld)......

but house quality....gamuda trumped setia anytime....

but façade wise.....setia better lah..but this is individual

think setia > gamuda for access road but landscape reli subjective and depending on maintenance too

just go to setia ecopark and 6c6c and go back to Jade Hills and 6c6c and you will be able to find the answer.

for a start...JH is using cow grass......this part already lose out lioa...

personally I think setia eco park is nicer than DPC on façade, landscape, club house and living environment except the location.

But their built quality is definitely above ecopark....

ecopark has been around far longer than jh and its trees etc r much more mature, of course looks much better now. suggest gamuda spend more to buy larger and older treea instead of being "normal" dev giving young saplings and waiting for them to grow. im a little disappointed with both that their lakes r turning brown, not sure faulty filters or water-supply (sgor) issue?
