Hand over for block C estimated end 2016. As told by the sales person.

Then the structural works should be completed by now.

Hopefully the inflow of residents when Jadite Suites VP will convince more businesses to open in the commercial square. Rather quiet there now.

Definitely there will be more businesses. especially those providing basic needs like food.

How large is the land reserved for commercial development in JH?

10 to 11 acres I believe.
