Whoa the Dell 30" is so cheap now! Felt so tempted but I'm already using a HP. Ugh. The 27" is also RM2k-ish, around what I got for the U2410

But you get to enjoy the U2410 years back laugh.gif

Oh well, technology becomes cheaper. Maybe in future I will be making the statement, when I change to OLED or some time in future tongue.gif (of course a sub 1k monitor only la... haha!)

^ Very true. That time when IPS panel was like Oh lala...

OLED is indeed the future. Can't wait for that future to come. When all monitors are thin like fucuk.

i dont think there is a problem for your 66gt unless you want an excuse to upgrade card as well

Sry if this i the wrong place, but I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a 24" monitor (HDMI, Full HD) for around RM600. Mainly used for surfing, watching movies and occasional gaming.

I am hoping to get something that has a headphone (audio out) jack so I can connect the monitor to the speakers and just connect the HDMI cable to my laptop.

Err... or should I just get the Toshiba LCD TV (24HV10)?

Anyway, whats the difference between a LCD monitor and a LCD TV?

u2410 was always around 1.7-1.6k.... it's not that old.... as compared to say 2405fpw.. it was at RM 3-3.5k

edit: mistake in model

monitor/tv: TV has speakers and tuner...

Monitors don't usually include digital audio decoder to output HDMI audio especially those around RM600. TV has.

Suggestion: 1080p panel, Dell ST2420L

Wonder how much further will they reduce after this promotion? RM150? LOL! w00t! Get it as close as the U2311H then maybe I'll get U2412M, yum yum~
After wait so long still waiting tongue.gif

Oh, did I nailed about that? "Will it drop again after 18th?" ROFLMAO... can't stop laughing, sorry... no offense just it got nailed >.<"

Do I hope it got another discount after this? Umm... probably will stay around that price for a little more time... since 24" panel is always highly priced.

Wait some more... LMAO.
