Yes Both of us got ripped off. I don't think the tele-sales people can foresee what's coming in their way in terms of further price reduction of the items. Moreover they handle more than 50 items and counting, how could they keep track. Since it's a new item I guess DELL want to get attention and sell more and spread the words.

It has a matte coating on the screen thus making the screen not glossy.

Nice stand isn't it? Its really an improvement over my previous 2233SW which can only tilt, but unable to change height or rotate.

its a TREMENDOUS improvement for me from my T220, before this id put a small box under my monitor to make it to eye level
