Previously I was using a 15" monitor before I upgraded to a U2311H, and my, the difference is extremely big. I don't even want to touch the old monitor now  .

I've been searching there with no success and had an online chat with Dell's representative, they said their monitor can't be purchased from showroom. Just search in the Garage Sales.

Im using Samsung P2770H, so far satisfied with it. But plan to buy Alienware 3D Monitor in future to play 3D game and watch 3D Movie

3d monitor usually have very poor viewing angle...
i jump from 17"(3:4)0 to 24"/(16:10), haha..... it is big difference
Before this while was on the 17", i always looking forward for wide screen format, but once i have my widescreen;you know what i missed the vertical resolution of old 3:4 display. Haih...

guys what requirement I need to have in order to run 1920x1080 smoothly(without ghosting effect)?
coz I connected my 23" led with my laptop(384 MB graphic) using a VGA cable..
the display will hv ghosting effect(lines moving vertically) when i switch to max resolution in the list(1020x 1080)...
hmm? graphic problem?

I don't think that's what you call "ghosting", but rather artifacts. The GPU on your laptop might not be enough for such a large resolution.
