ok , gksu nautilus and go to :

~/usr/share/hotot/ui/imgs

ok now , u only need to focus on 2 icons :

ic24_hotot_mono_dark.svg or ic24_hotot_mono_light.svg

Either one of this will be replacing :

ic64_hotot_classics.png

Now , choose either one , dark or light and open the svg with GIMP

When opened , GIMP will ask whether wad resolution to import , type 64x64 and export the file as PNG

Then , go back to the folder , backup ic64_hotot_classics.png by renaming it ( make sure hotot is closed at this point )

Then , rename the new PNG to ic64_hotot_classics.png

Voila laugh.gif

I even changed the interface icons :

Since I install AWN (Avant Window Navigator) I have to key in my Keyring twice for my wifi. Why is that. Before I only key in once. Not that I am fussy just curious. Anybody got any idea?

@faris

do you have these 2 lines in your conkyrc?

CODE
own_window_transparent yes
own_window_type override

if it doesn't work, try changing "override" to "desktop"

As for startup, I'm not sure how it works in gnome. Sometimes the "kotak" is due to conky starting up before your compositor (compiz in your case). In a WM like fvwm or Openbox, we usually add the conky line with a short delay to our start file, like this

CODE
(sleep 2s && conky -q) &

Try to see how it works in Gnome, and apply a similar delay.
