@cocooh There's already a desktop screenshot thread here: http://forum.lowyat.net/DesktopCustomizationAbout your screenie; Why do you have both Unity and Docky installed? Don't both do the same thing? Sorry for the ignorance, as I don't use docks/launchers.

Unity = for testing purposes , not a fan as it still uses old engine instead of Compiz . I posted here coz @@ maybe alot of Linux users will c it here rather than Desktop Customization area - packed with Windows users @@
Sorry if i posted at a wrong place

^No, no .. you don't have to apologize (I'm not an admin/mod) Just wanted to let you know, that's all. I'd be happy if you started a Linux desktop screenshot thread, but you might want to change the thread title to something a bit more catchy, and you might want to ask a mod to pin/sticky the thread on top. BTW, if you do start a Linux screenshot thread here, will I be allowed to post BSD screenies? This post has been edited by G-17: Nov 13 2010, 05:20 AM

Not to siding anyone but, Mac have their own "Show Off Your Desktop - MacOS X only" thread, so I think we could also have one dedicate just for Linux desktop~ Just IMO..

If I am not mistaken we do have our own desktop screenie thread created few months back by someone... hard to flip back as my connection currently slow. But if we already started here, then just let it be lah... mine currently on windows xp la beb, reaching house sooner this evening I'll post my opensuse and mint, nothing much to show off as everything just default.

QUOTE(cocooh @ Nov 14 2010, 12:29 AM) o.o Opensuse looks as same as Ubuntu too ? Gnome is all the same, but you'll see some alteration been made into menu position as the default start button supposed to be at the below but I have to make it to the top just to make way to avant window navigator occupied at the bottom. I am using the famous faenza icons combined with opensuse's sonar theme.
