You can try doing the permanent root, then flash other roms.

Just make sure you do a nand backup.

The Legend's processor is only 600MHz... I tried the Wildfire which is at 528MHz, and I find it lagging a bit... How does the Legend perform? Will it lag like Wildfire due to it's small processor speed?

from my experience, when we were in eclair, it was great no lag at all but after upgrade to froyo, lag a bit but only sometimes. really sometimes but when it happens it annoys me

For you guys who've used Blay0's rom, since its built on the vodafone version, does it suffer from the lagginess and piss poor reception as we do on the official rom?

diela!!! i just changed my password for my gmail account and now it cant sync as it says

"authentication failed. PLease verify your username/password" which I did and now no more... how le?? i even deleted the account and now starting all over but i cant access my mail from the phone... how la how la... unless I use K9 mail or is that the name? how is it??

eh, how come. I changed my pw too and when it says that, i just key in the new one and i can use it again.

Try something else. Can you get on market? That needs gmail account as well.

hi, how do i do a full backup (contacts, sms) for my legend?

I want to make sure everything's are alright before start to root...

Install Titanium Backup. Backup everything and copy that folder to your pc and you're good to go.

only thing is for it to backup is your phone has to be rooted first before backup or dont need to?

received mine used set from PDAtradezone.. but sadly the letter "H" at the back for HTC has torn off.. and got few scratch beside..

Just buy this phone last wednesday..already felt bored with it..thought of selling it..haha
