anybody know wat is wrong with HTC legend screen?

The notification screen cant be pulled down.. Sometimes the touchscreen wont respond to any touches..Cannot even pull down to unlock. When sms, the QWERTY keypad types itself sometimes or doesnt responds at all.

Could it be digitizer prob? Both my wife's & mine HTC Legend facing same issue....

Able to claim warranty? Or is it just a common issue in all HTC Legend....only a matter of time...

that exactly happen to my HTC Legend before,
I do the hard reset.
After that, the problem is still there, but rarely happen.
So I decide to give it to my little sis, and buy a new smartphone
If your Legend still got warranty, you can try send it back to SC

its the digitizer prob, its a common problem in htc legend, my previous htc legend also like this !

Guys, I'm having a few problems here. I decided to root my phone and flash CyanogenMod 7.1. But this is giving me problems.

1) Home & Search button not working
2) Incoming calls go straight to voicemail

Can you guys help me?
