I'm now using the rc1. Same problem as the nightly, I can't seem to play Facebook video. It works fine on azure. Really weird.

QUOTE(Warwick @ Nov 11 2010, 04:09 PM) no comprendo, So meaning if at M'sia just use market enabler for paid apps? Yup, because with Market Enabler you can emulates foreign simcards which gives you access to paid apps.QUOTE(Kyl3 @ Nov 12 2010, 09:10 AM) anyone here flashed to the latest cyan rc1? Yup. =P Actually it itself is limited in the first place cause many choose the desire over this one, considering that the price difference isn't much in the first place. O.o

QUOTE(Lucassss @ Nov 12 2010, 03:31 PM) Good looks come with a price. Same here bro, Desire wasn't that desirable to me even with 1Ghz CPU. HTC Legend is still producing actually, they just hit a little bump with the AMOLED issue. If they stop producing it then the Phantom Legend won't be out. Hi
Anyone here facing prob with the phone jack? the jack connection is not stable whenever i connect the earpiece to the phone, it needs to be in certain height n direction for it to play smoothly. Does the home button cover in warranty? The button is loose since the day i've used the phone and it's quite irritating sometime as the button will sink in certain level. Btw, the phone is only one month old from digi. =( |

QUOTE(erxier @ Nov 13 2010, 02:44 PM) Hi did u try using another earpiece? could it be the earpiece's jack problem? as for the home button, it is covered under warranty. but good luck convincing them that the button is defective. if it's really obvious that the button has already sank, then they will probably change the entire phone casing+buttons for you (or at least that's what they told me).Anyone here facing prob with the phone jack? the jack connection is not stable whenever i connect the earpiece to the phone, it needs to be in certain height n direction for it to play smoothly. well, my experience of dissecting the legend tells me that no matter how many times they change the casing and buttons, the buttons will eventually sink.
this is because beneath each button is a strip of soft rubber pad, which will make contact with the button switch below. this soft rubber will eventually get compressed, which results in the button sinking. the 'pad' below my "back" button is almost half of the height of other buttons' pad. |

It's easy to install 1) Download and extract the file below on you phone (QRcode included for convenience): HTC_IME V27 lowres 1.6+ ![]() 2) If you are NOT using senseUI, install 'clicker.apk'. For those using stock ROM or custom ROM based on sense, you should skip this step. 3) Install 'HTC_IME_lo.apk' 4) From your home screen, go to settings>language & keyboard aand check the box for 'HTC_IME mod' to activate the keyboard 5) Long-click on any text field and select 'input method', then select HTC_IME mod 6) Enjoy the new keyboard! Credit goes to Jonasl from XDA for developing this great mod. |

So old liao ler.. HTC IME mod also stop development liao
BTW, if I'm not mistaken, you need to install 1.5 which is without voice recognition to avoid HTC IME mod from crashing. This post has been edited by andrekua: Nov 14 2010, 02:26 PM |
