to me Sense UI isn't ugly or not cool enough..
I jz feel like it's sluggish when swiping to other page or when scrolling the menu...
And it's not that customizable compare to others...
It also requires longer time to load up...

But the vanilla is kinda ugly. Maybe it's personal preference.

i like the Sense dialer n how it got all the contacts linked.
Also, the flashlite, apart from that, i'm fine.

same here... to me, the dialer and the contacts linking are really good...

If you're using Android because it is cool then you chose the wrong phone my friend. Android was never meant to be 'cool'.

I really think it's personal preference la. But the new HTC Sense that comes with Desire HD is good. It really makes sense.

Of course it is. I understand why people love Sense because it simplifies a lot of thing like contact/FB sync, dialer, etc. Yeah I agree, the new Sense in Desire HD and Z make pretty much sense.

yeah, i also love the dialer & facebook linkage, and the friend stream as well. What is lacking with rooted device is, it did not has proxy setting in android 2.2 where i can online using company network...

Flash lite is the one thing why i prefer sense. Unless somebody is able to port flash lite to cyanogenmod, is be glad to leave sense. Hehe..

So since HTC Legend has been here for quite a while, can someone here mind sharing the current price for this phone (AP & ori).

Actually, there's not much to choose between the 2 of them. What I like about Sense is the programs bundle that came along. I used Friendstream, Stocks, Messaging, E-mail widget a lot. With CM6, you get to modify the UI like the power control under notification, can add/remove homescreen pages, page based menu, etc. With Sense, these widgets works better than alternative choices that I can find but lose the flexibility of CM6. I find myself comfortable with either one. I used to doubt CM6, but after playing it for a month, its really very friendly especially if you like to tweak or flash Rom a lot.

HTC Legend has been labeled limited edition. I think it's quite hard to find new. Correct me if I'm wrong.

hi, i juz bought a second hand legend... how i check when its warranty expired?

Check the official receipt or warranty card. Or check the sticker on the battery, you'll know how old the phone is.

i didnt able to get an official receipt... so how...still can claim warranty? btw... i saw the sticker but...it didnt show when is the date o...

Not yet. But 100% will come. Maybe another 2 weeks.
