Like many others  we are forced to take Mustika just for B4U,besides that this pack is not worth ! BTW wiki indicates Nickelodean/ cartoon network/CNN/Golf HD as coming soon !
*
Why so many cartoon HD ? Is this package so popular ?

nickelodean cartoon sucks big time, at least disney HD is acceptable ie. one cartoon HD is sufficient.

golf hd is only for the 0.001% rich people who can afford to play golf.

why CNN HD ? just to listen to american propaganda in HD ? laugh.gif

astro seriously got their priorities incorrect. shakehead.gif

KUALA LUMPUR: The RM1.3bil legal dispute between Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd (MBNS) and a local television support equipment supplier will go to arbitration.

The High Court here, on Friday, granted an application by MBNS, a sister company of Astro, to stay the proceedings so that the matter can be heard in arbitration.

MBNS and another company Tele System Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd are being sued by television support equipment supplier AV Asia Sdn Bhd for RM1.3bil for allegedly breaching a “non-disclosure agreement”.

High Court judge Justice Azahar Mohamed granted the stay as MBNS and AV Asia had mutually agreed to refer all disputes arising from the agreement to arbitration.

He also did not agree with AV Asia’s contention that it should not go through arbitration as there was no mutual arbitration agreement to bind all parties, including the second defendant Tele System Electronic.

Azahar fixed Jan 26 to hear Tele System Electronic’s application to strike out AV Asia’s suit against them.

The date was also fixed to hear the injunction application by AV Asia to restrain the defendants from using its confidential information pertaining to the Astro B.yond high definition (HD) product.

On Sept 28, AV Asia filed the suit against the two companies claiming confidential information was used by MBNS to reduce the problem of rain fade.

Rain fade is a situation whereby the satellite transmission suffers interruptions during rain.

Astro and MBNS are under parent company Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd, owned by billionaire T. Ananda Krishnan.

There u are , have money wl travel !

— Bernama

BOWLING in the country received a new financial spin when the Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress (MTBC) signed a RM10 million partnership with Astro at the Astro All Asia Broadcast Centre in Bukit Jalil yesterday.
The deal will see Astro commit RM10 million over five years towards the development of bowling as a competitive and family sport in Malaysia through the creation of new events and tournaments which will be broadcast by the network.

Astro will also provide funds for the hiring of world class coaches and sending of national bowlers to compete abroad in addition to sponsoring MTBC events.

As part of the deal, Astro Arena, Astro's 24-hour local sports channel, will be given the rights to broadcast the Malaysian Open, National and Interstate championships as well as official tournaments organised by MTBC.

Henry Tan, Chief Operating Officer of Astro, said Astro wanted to help develop bowling on two different fronts.

"We are looking to promote bowling at the grassroots and social level as it is a sport that can be enjoyed by all regardless of sex, age and race, and can help curb social ills.

"At the same time, we are also looking to enhance the performance of our national bowlers.

"By helping to inspire more youths to get involved in bowling, the competitive aspect of the sport will also benefit as there will be a larger pool of players to choose from," said Tan.

MTBC president Datuk Dr P.S Nathan said he was delighted to have Astro support the development of bowling.

"This partnership will definitely help take Malaysian bowling to greater heights, thanks to Astro providing us greater mileage and visibility," he said.

Nathan added that despite Malaysia having a world class national bowling team, complacency was something to be wary of.

"Despite the good performances of our bowlers, we cannot afford to be happy with what we have and must strive to improve ourselves from the onset as it takes a good seven to eight years to develop a champion.

"We will be looking to bring in more world class coaches to help with our bowlers as at the moment we only have one world class coach supported by four or five up and coming coaches."

Guys,Nothing will stop them they are gonna rule the nation !! yawn.gif
They are impressing or rather hv impressed MMC and the PM enough to just shake legs,6% service tax from next year what else can the govt. complain about , sadly customers remain losers !
