i've been experiencing problem of able to watch SD Astro programs only during the night - due to service not available during the day (POOR Signal, BER=2). I have lodged a complaint to astros customer service and was told the problem was not from Astros side but at my end - satellite dish need to be realigned with the signal.

anyone experienced this and how to solve? thanks.
