yes buy is easy but think if you can resale this property later if you are buying it at premium price? think twice.

Wahlao eh. This isnt KLCC prop ler. No one should consider this as KLCC prop. Just my 2 cents. I own both Elements and KLCC prop so I am not biased based on location.

RM1100psf++...

If you're taking bigger built up, it's below RM1k psf..

As the other said, if you're still able to obtain 90% MOF entry at RM3k only

im comparing it with elements which is next door.. astoria n Arte is next door as well.. novo is out of the picture tongue.gif tongue.gif

My comments are mainly on the supply of units in the vicinity.. how many units does M city have? Elements has 1040 units.. astoria another 800 plus..arte another 1142 units..

If M city has 1k units (which im sure it has more when u add the SOHOs n all),

in my opinion , m-city will be the next scottgargen (condo-mall integrated), bar place and proxxx place. so still got demand for high end proxxx(kind of workers?).

I own properties at MSuites (also by Mah Sing) and I don't feel very good about MCity. But if its around 1k per sqf then its ok. But still not very confident with Mah Sing projects especially at these Jln Ampang area..

it's difficult to say because this part of area are mostly muslim populated

if there are really occupied by bars or bistros i am sure the western foreigners will be coming in from KLCC/embassy row, that's the difference if you compare to Scott Garden

just my assumptions though.. notworthy.gif

Dont comparing MSuite & City, both are quite different product altogether, what I am trying to tell you is Msuite is not giving me a good return, and I have purchased it abt 4 yrs ago at a much cheaper price compare to MCity. So think about MCity. If you need to know more you may PM me smile.gif
