in my opinion , m-city will be the next scottgargen (condo-mall integrated), bar place and proxxx place. so still got demand for high end proxxx(kind of workers?).

although the completion is a bit delay, but still acceptable in this moment(worst economic and property).

at least is listed company, we can still see the company got a good cash flow, how many dept, got how many landbank in hand.

ME also a big company, but we know not much in this company.

some guy keep critic and look down in this project because they own some other property in this area and scare if the project completely vp will affected the currently rental market.

surely affected, more competitive price in this area soon.

sekali buat cantik tint + sunblock curtain, tahan up to 10 year.

if you want to rent out, heat insulation can be a pro

dont forget your unit is under commercial tariff (air api )
