But anyway: 5000 UNITS IN THIS SMALL PLACE. The density here is maybe like 200 or 300 plus units per acre. Just imagine parklane is a mid low end condo so high density is acceptable but this one price like KLCC but density worse than Parklane (130 per acre including jalan).

Moreover, my calculation doesnt include other condos closer to KLCC which im too lazy to list out.
