Yup buddy. I have signed with HLB. Suprisingly with 10 years difference in loan tenure, the monthly installment is only less than RM 500 more with HLB.

Yup 1 bedroom.

Got 90% loan and since its on DIBS, there is no reason to take less than that.

Despite all negativities such as price psf n distance relative to other developments in KLCC area, strongest feature is the landscaping & retail elements in this development. Brand name is next.

Thinking of getting one unit since there are easy ownership plans offered. Had a brief read of this page. How many regular taikors here invested?

It is near to proposed mrt. I like the whole concept of this development, sky garden, green concept, retail etc. hope the final product will not disappoint.

What are u looking at? One bedder or studio?

yup, landscaping wif the multiple hanging gardens, canti-levers, altitude club, roof-top exclusive facilities for the sky-bungalows and common areas collectively adds up to 4-acres of space in the air.. the density has oso been reduced fr the original 1,800++ to abt 1,400 units now..

check out more in-depth discussions here.. http://www.propertywtf.com.my/central-gold...ng-t251-50.html

discount the mrt, it's quite hopeful, but if it really comes true, take it as a bonus.. and the brand, err, shudn't too much of a premium at this stage.. imho, the location is a better driver, sells by itself..

I suppose i would be comfortable with a studio for investment. They still have a few units at lower floors (cheaper) when i checked during CNY. Perhaps taken up by now?

Actually what is the biggest difference between their Soho and Serviced APartments besides the price difference?

Unit i eyed was on 11th floor going for RM588K before rebate. I believe the rebate is 10% minus RM8K upfront paid by purchaser (so rebate here would be RM50,800), something along those lines.

Another difference would be more units under soho block as opposed to lesser units in serviced apartment block. Cant think of any big differences, u'd have to ask developer.

So worth to invest? Assuming a furnished 500sf +/- studio with carpark going for RM700K upon completion, would you buy? Im still not convinced.

My loan application is rejected and i am looking for someone who might be interested to take over the unit i booked, so that i will not have my RM500 forfeited by Mah Sing.

M City Tower 2
Unit: 2-11-11
Built-Up Area: 674 SQ FT
Type: 1 Room
List Price: RM742,800

I pay my deposit during their promotion i.e. Pay RM 8000 instead of the First 10%; Thus there's a saving of RM66,280 (RM742800*10%-RM8000)

If I cancel this order with Mah Sing, they will penalty me RM500 and return me the RM7,500; If anyone of you would like to take over this unit, then i can save the RM500 and transfer it to you.

I do not target to earn anything from this transfer.

I believe there is some rebate or low downpayment. You may want to call the developer or marketing agent to check it out.
