yup, landscaping wif the multiple hanging gardens, canti-levers, altitude club, roof-top exclusive facilities for the sky-bungalows and common areas collectively adds up to 4-acres of space in the air.. the density has oso been reduced fr the original 1,800++ to abt 1,400 units now.. discount the mrt, it's quite hopeful, but if it really comes true, take it as a bonus.. and the brand, err, shudn't too much of a premium at this stage.. imho, the location is a better driver, sells by itself..
