Base on the end glass panals corridor shd be ard 9ft. Wide enough compare to Twin ark bj. 6ft..

My Duplex looks great with almost no defect. Best part is just received a cheque of RM48,000 being LAD penalty. LAD for unit itself about RM40k and LAD for common area, they also paid LAD of RM7500. Never expected them to be so proactive and also paid LAD for common area. Beginning to like Mah Sing a bit now.

imagine the amount of LAD for 300+ unit.

Not many developer will pay that amount of lad. I got to say everything is done properly.

There those simply critics not knowing the true.

My friend's friend received her key and she was a surprised that the quality and delivery experience was much better than expected. This is in contrast to other Mah Sing projects that were handed over below par previously.

In fact, I was considering Mah Sing's property but was put off by their quality previously. I hope this is the way to move forward with the improvements and business ethics. Just giving some credit when it is due but hope Mah Sing doesn't get carried away. Keep it up.
