I don't know if anyone can fight with 17% discount and 3 years interest free instalment. I guess the statement need to correct as others developer will follow soon.

is not about absolute price or profit. is about easy ownership without downpayment...all the rage with the run of the mill investors and yuppies.

The deplux is the best I seen so far. Full height of 10.5' for lower and upper floor. Upper bedroom enough space and opening view is great for those ampang lake view.
Already other tenants from nearby asking and phase 2 by 3Q.

Yes they are in and taking the corner and few lots besides. All retails lots sold.

If buyer can't afford down payment, vendor can jacked up selling price and get buyer to pay for incremental rpgt.

Full height 10.5' is nice for viewing but not when time for cleaning and buying window curtain.

I guess nobody would want low ceiling. Curtains and blinds is small cost compare the expansive view u get. Anyway I think the build and quality should silence the critics.

I cannot agree with you more. Both me and my hubby were very skeptical about the place after seeing the unsightly facet and the negative comments in this forum. We collected our duplex keys yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised right from the lobby area to the unit itself to the facilities. I really like the view especially from the swimming pool floor....wide angle view of the lake. Infinite pools are relatively big, yoga room, very nice and professional meeting rooms and board room, rock climbing and sky gym which has a special section for female. I was also surprised by the good quality electrical appliances they gave. For the price we paid (slightly more than RM600psf), we are very satisfied. The next hurdle is looking for tenants. Hope there are people looking for small office and want to stay as well, fit the SOHO concept.

Do anyone know about the status of M-city Block 3? You got keys from Mahsing. Block 1? So you guys paid up all payments? I wonder all of M-city units are sold or not. It is talking about over 1500 units.

some guy keep critic and look down in this project because they own some other property in this area and scare if the project completely vp will affected the currently rental market.

surely affected, more competitive price in this area soon.

These nasty horizons will happen in others projects soon. Bank value not matching selling price is already a norm since last 2 years. There is no need to emphasize here. If you think this is the case, the worst yet to come..in others project. It is that bad now..

There lots more project outside more dire and desperate than M City.
