So the so called missing station had not been announced? Or the station moved to somewhere? Unless the station moved to somewhere, the statement above is a only assumption basis.

can they be sued for advertising mrt that doesnt exist? i hear the brochure can be used in court. easy way for buyers here to recoup some losses and get some money to hold past the jalan ampang storm thats coming.

In the coming months, there is little surprise if new completed unit having market value lower than buying price. I guess more people will sue developers for not meeting up market price later and the reason could be :: no MRT station, no supermarkets, lousy workmanship and etc.

The key point is also other developers also putting the same. Why say you for those cheras project where MRT2 final route not going the previous proposed route?

Furthermore, your assumption on MRT Circle line still not yet final. This I guess being first block purchaser I hope it will be as the same proposed route.

Congrats my friend. You are going to like your unit and the facilities available. My bank has not cleared the final payment yet so I have not done inspection but my friend has done his and showed me his unit yesterday. I must tell you, inside and outside are totally different world. I am impressed and happy of course. Good quality overall! Infinite swimming pool, rock climbing room, gym, meeting room etc etc are great. If retail can attract good tenants especially Village Grocer if confirmed operating there, I think, rental should be decent. Haha still so many ppl think rental is gonna be decent here.

Syok sendiri. Kena conned MRT station and another 10k plus units coming in. Plus with the perfect example of low rental wherw Elements is facing now.. yet still so positive

a colleague rent a 850sf for 1.6k in elements, full furnish, she very tired after agent bring her to see so many units.

Anyway, given same rental, u will choose a condo which views being block from 4 sides.

Given the same rental, I'd opt for M city without a doubt BUT

1. What makes u think there won't be a rental war? Elements will definitely pushes their rental price lower. What's mcity gonna do about it? Wait and hold?

2. For the fact that elements is not even 50% occupied (pls correct me if I'm wrong), what makes you think mcity has the capability of occupying tenants? Have u forgotten the incoming 10k plus supplies as well?

3. Commies will do well in jalan ampang as it should been all along. But you own a residential lot. lots of predictions but for now no one really knows for sure if mcity will turn out to be an expensive dud or not for the
owners..

however the developer really does not have a good track record to speak off so that is already a big con to start with..
they have a very unique and ambitious concept with the gardens and lagoons and what not - if executed well, there is no competition to speak of really ..
(there has been whispering that the building is facing leakage issues - so that is a huge concern due to the many water features inside the development).. as for the internal garden, MS is not known for landscaping so hopefully they will do better this time, and the garden with live plants is sustainable over the long term..

You can have your own views and likewise other can have theirs as well. Why do you need to condemn others by saying they are syok sendiri when their views are different from yours? I qualified by saying about their quality and also if they are able to attract good tenant mix. You really don't hv to do that. This is not a forum to defend our views but to share.
