Go and have a detail look at the concept and show house. Thay really beautiful. I particularly like the lower floor of 910 duplex facing the lagoon. Though it comes with a premium but it is worth it. Quite "un-Mah Sing". I don't think for an apple to an apple comparison, it would be cheaper. I bought their ICON Mont Kiara project which was advertised as cheaper than initial launch but only to find out that the finishes provided were much lower in quality than the initial launch. I don't think Mah Sing or any developers would want to be branded as not taking care of their early purchasers. Anyway if it is true, good luck to Mah Sing.

I think this is the best time to bargain. Cash is king now. If you really like M City, just go all out to knock down the price. My personally view is anything below RM750psf is a good buy for M City. We are judging M city by the price developer is selling now which I agree is expensive. Concept wise M City is not bad, hanging garden, lagoon, good retail outlets etc. this is probably their second high end condo project after M Suites. Their M Suites quality is really not bad, to be fair to Mah Sing. If M City's quality is as good as M Suites, I am satisfied. When everyone is running away from Jalan Ampang, once a property jewel, we should find right time to go in as this is the time we can squeeze sellers for price. All the best!

If RM700psf, I think it will be sapu clean clean. Concept wise M City is really not too bad. Hanging garden, lagoon plus decent retail and unit come quite "furnished" like the case of M Suites. All the best to all owners.

I have similar view. If Mah Sing die die want to hand over before CNY, the defect rectification work will take months like Empire City. I hope they can be more professional.

They are taking what Tan Sri Leong's press statement as gospel truth. He said MCity and Icon City handover in June. Mana Ada CCC issued now? Happy CNY to all. Pray hard that MS does not behave like irresponsible monkey handover half baked units to purchasers.

Worst nightmare comes true today. Received delivery of vacant possession of MCity today. CCC obtained. Really curious to find out the actual condition internally. Externally it really looks like an unlivable condo. I hv a feeling it is going to be like Empire City. OMG!!!

Received letter from them yesterday dated 18/2. No mention of LAD. I suppose we hv to write in to claim which I will do a bit later.

Congrats my friend. You are going to like your unit and the facilities available. My bank has not cleared the final payment yet so I have not done inspection but my friend has done his and showed me his unit yesterday. I must tell you, inside and outside are totally different world. I am impressed and happy of course. Good quality overall! Infinite swimming pool, rock climbing room, gym, meeting room etc etc are great. If retail can attract good tenants especially Village Grocer if confirmed operating there, I think, rental should be decent. I am looking forward to collect my keys soon.

You can have your own views and likewise other can have theirs as well. Why do you need to condemn others by saying they are syok sendiri when their views are different from yours? I qualified by saying about their quality and also if they are able to attract good tenant mix. You really don't hv to do that. This is not a forum to defend our views but to share.
