I bought their ICON Mont Kiara project which was advertised as cheaper than initial launch but only to find out that the finishes provided were much lower in quality than the initial launch. I don't think Mah Sing or any developers would want to be branded as not taking care of their early purchasers. Anyway if it is true, good luck to Mah Sing.

If retail can attract good tenants especially Village Grocer if confirmed operating there, I think, rental should be decent. I am looking forward to collect my keys soon.
