Mainly home tongue.gif but since I think it'll be some time before I come home again... I wanna make it count. Like a photo essay kinda thing (which is daunting for a newbie like me). Any suggestions?

Since you like street shots so much, you should go lurking in Petaling Street, Bukit Bintang, this kind of areas. biggrin.gif

Haha. I think everyday eat bread can only get Sigma 10-20mm which I'm already happy enough. See la, maybe I'll start eating bread till Sept next year, 1 day before the trip might manage to get an UWA. tongue.gif

I would suggest you get an average zoom lens something like 17-70mm or an 85mm prime lens and just get closer to what ever it is your trying to take pics of. otherwise try save up some more cash and get a Canon 70-200mm f4L (im sure sigma or tamron offer something in the same range, maybe for a bit cheaper)

Don't worry. France in Autumn is very pretty. Just maybe a little crowded. You'd enjoy your time there nonetheless.

I've been to France 5 times now, and every time I go, I find something new and interesting. Spend a week in Paris if you can. You need at least that much time to do justice to your trip. I prefer to go in June to make the Le Mans 24 hours.
