I find it funny.

You have a nice 7D + 28-70 f/2.8L lens. You have a funny Nikon+Canon+Sony rojak DSLR. You're asking what lens to use for portraiture for a 550D. And you're asking whether you can use other brands or not? And wait, you're from ALL IT Batu Pahat

And I trick it by saying 600mm f/4L (Yesh, I miss out the 0 there, therefore 60mm f/4L ) still he don't get it

i'm not sure whether this had been discuss before or not... i'm wondering what's the proper workflow for raw ? My ultimate goal is to preserve as much image details as possible.


a) use DPP convert and save raw to jpg without resize. then edit via lr or ps and save as jpg/png?

b) use DPP convert and save raw to tiff 8/ 16 bit without resize then edit via lr or ps and save as jpg/png?

c) Png or JPg format ?

d) mind to share ya workflow ?

I straight away RAW go to LR, Then LR to Jpeg, i edit the raw file if necessary (exposure, highlights etc.) else i juz convert o jpeg straight

If needed extra heavy editing, i bring it to Photoshop

But mostly from RAW bring to LR, the convert jpeg, gao dim

bring to photoshop, insert in watermark.
