QUOTE(rikiraikonnen @ Jun 23 2011, 09:30 PM) Winson just installed Paradox SP6000 alarm at my house for RM2000. My house is a semi-d unit and there are quite a number of sensors. Some he put both shock & door sensor. He did the wiring about 3 weeks ago and installed the alarm today. He didn't take a single cent from me until after everything is done, which is after he explain how to set up the alarm. He's quite talkative. I think he's a dependable and honest person. The only negative thing is that his wiring worker did not clean up the mess after they hack the walls to conceal the wires. I had to ask and pay my renovation contractor to clean-up the mess and seal the walls. His company has a website (i saw it from the bill) - http://ots2u.com/ya..i checked the website and called the number..made an appointment and waited and waited , bugger no turn up ...so i called him and he said he was some where else and was raining..ah..dong..cant sms meh? so if he cant keep to an appointment, that is a red flag for me.! so much for service lah..

So far I've not faced a similar situation as you described. Winson has always kept to his appoinments. Could be he really was engaged elsewhere.

Just wondering, is it better to have the remote control alarm activation system? Or i should just stick with keypad activation?
