For all house buyer of Phase 3A, kindly pay your SYABAS & TNB deposit ASAP. I already paid at the site office on 24/12/11. It seem like the progress of construction is under control.

Dear All Taman Putra Impiana Phase 3 Owner,

Please be informed that, recently the developer was offer the 3 options as below regarding the late delivery claim:

1) 100% claim amount- 18 months instalment.
2) 50% claim amount- 6 months instalment.
3) 30% claim amount- 3 months instalment.

But I was rejected all the offer as above due to we should receive the amount with 100% instead of reduce the claim amount and some more is base on instalment. How about you all?

The gave me the same offer as well, can we go to tribunal and get this sorted out or go to the courts? We have to be mindful that if we proceed legally the legal chargers will apply or unless the court rules that the cost of legal fees shall be bourn by the devolopers. BTW i rejected the offer!! Why should i take the money THEY OWE ME IN INSTALLMENTS!!!!! for every late payment chargers they charge us bu the date until settlement. Now i beleive that they should pay us the money on a daily calculation basis untill full settlement! My 2 cents

the instalment is only paid to the total amount as you claim and it without additonal interest.

How long the lead time to get the claim if we bring the case to tribunal?

Thanks. I'm not required to sign those documents, I had ask them before and they told me the early batch of the buyer's application was ok. Only the later batch buyers are required to do so.
