For scanning bar code, after scan better go to a place that have better reception... So that you can join the group easier.. Waiting for confirmation means your BIS reception is weak...

Hello fellow BB pals.
I just bought a BB Torch today. Ended monopoly of Nokias since 2.11.2002. Yeeha.
In fact my last Nokia E72 was purchased on 28.11.2009. 1 year - 1 day.

There's always a first, am very new to BB.

How do u 'scan a barcode' to join Torch group ?

I've not yet transfered my Nokia contacts since I did not install MS Outlook 2003.

any mexico4 build torch owners out there?just wondering if the loose slider problem gets worse for u guys overtime? and if send back to brightstar how long will it take for them to fix it?

Added on November 28, 2010, 3:03 amand can it be solved by using a hard silicone case, as oppossed to using the adhesive tape?

Mine loose after 3weeks of using it...but only notice when typing with d virtual screen. Well,I talked to digi cs bout this and they said it will take a week or two for brightstar to look at it before decided to replace with new or repair it...since I can't live without bb(sold my previous one) so I just let it be.
U should try using a clip cover which I think helps a bit
