Hye I'm new here...been looking Torch community in Malaysia and finally found it...so much info I got here Love Torch so much!!! Used to have Curve,Jav,Bold,Storm2 and this one the greatest...but I feel the built quality is not as solid as storm2 and the screen not as clear white and as bright as storm2 and Jav I had before...using it for almost 3weeks and the slider started to wobble/wiggle... As a crackberry user for 2 and half years,I really hope RIM will more aware of this issue for the future device

QUOTE(dicksonbell @ Nov 27 2010, 06:49 PM) For scanning bar code, after scan better go to a place that have better reception... So that you can join the group easier.. Waiting for confirmation means your BIS reception is weak... Well...full bar rg here...ill try to scan it again later

QUOTE(techme @ Nov 28 2010, 02:17 AM) any mexico4 build torch owners out there?just wondering if the loose slider problem gets worse for u guys overtime? and if send back to brightstar how long will it take for them to fix it? Added on November 28, 2010, 3:03 amand can it be solved by using a hard silicone case, as oppossed to using the adhesive tape? Mine loose after 3weeks of using it...but only notice when typing with d virtual screen. Well,I talked to digi cs bout this and they said it will take a week or two for brightstar to look at it before decided to replace with new or repair it...since I can't live without bb(sold my previous one) so I just let it be. U should try using a clip cover which I think helps a bit

QUOTE(techme @ Nov 28 2010, 12:07 PM) 2weeks?maybe coz urs digi? correct me if im wrong, but I asked around and I heard it takes 1 to 2 days? clip cover is different than a silicone case right? Ya maybe cos I bought it at telco...why they just be like others telco co which replace any faulty device? Not a silicone, its a clip which cover the screen bezel which I think it looks great...gonna get one in red

Its like the plastic one there but the diff is, its a hard plus rubber case...the one like the capdase only its cover with texture rubber
For screen protector, I suggest here www.stealthguards.com...the best so far...will not scratch, flexible, reusable n its free(only pay for shipping)
