QUOTE(xtrasher_kingx @ Nov 12 2010, 09:41 AM) nicely done! i would love to read this kind of review from normal day-to-day use consumers.. i'm currently using bold 2.. i'm having a hard time choosing whether to get an iphone4, android or just stick to BB and get a torch.. i love using BB with bbm, social networking and also the push email.. but with bold 2, its pretty hard to browse websites, checking out videos online, and sometimes its just tiring to look at the small screen.. and im not even 25yo! hahahaha! so please anyone persuade me on sticking with BB and get this torch! LOL small screen of bold/curve is y i am planning to buy the Torch , but sticking with 12 mth plan ;24 mths is too long. Maybe by then Torch v1.5 or 2 may come out.

QUOTE(benh77 @ Nov 17 2010, 08:31 AM) Heya.....do you guys notice that 9800 LED doesn't blink for missed calls ? Seems to be ok for 9700 but not for 9800 ? Was trying to figure out if it was a configuration somewhere but doesn't seem to be so ? Install BerryBuzz they have setting in it... >> So 9700 & possibly 9780 have default blink for missed calls but not the Torch? Is BerryBuzz application free ? -------- *Offtopic-* -Anyone here uses BB for viewing small financial charts ?

Hello fellow BB pals. I just bought a BB Torch today. Ended monopoly of Nokias since 2.11.2002. Yeeha. In fact my last Nokia E72 was purchased on 28.11.2009. 1 year - 1 day.
There's always a first, am very new to BB.
How do u 'scan a barcode' to join Torch group ?
I've not yet transfered my Nokia contacts since I did not install MS Outlook 2003.

Does anyone here have a problem accessing the BB AppWorld ? I clicked on the icon but it refuses to open. Still using Torch stock standard O/S bought from Maxis Store.

Is there any free/paid s/w that have unlimited alarms & sorted by daily/weekday/weekend ( similar to Nokia's E72 alarm system) for Blackbery Torch/ etc. Bonus if each alarm can customise alarm song/input pre-recorded voice.
