I just switch to Digi smart plan.....there is Line 1 and Line 2....i asked my friend he said Line 1 is normal for all Digi line.....

But can i delete the Line 2 in my BB Torch ??

You can call to ask Telco within your vicinity... BTW "terrie" are from JB... Maybe you can PM him...

Call DiGi customer services in the afternoon, the guy said that he doesn't know whether the branches got stock or not. Then I asked him whether he has the number for the branches, he said they don't entertain phone calls then I went >.> .

In the end I found the numbers in the DiGi website. Some of them didn't pick up the calls, the ones that did pick up, said that they didn't have stock.

Really... Then lodge a complaint... If they don't know the stock availabilities then who we can ask?? They are the Telco selling it...

need some hepl set up my email account on my torch but when i click on message my emails doesnt appear or am doing it wrong ?

hey guys..im planning to get a bb torch with the curent digi plan..do u all think its worth it..its 78 monthly with bis..is BIS compulsory?? anyone got any other recommendations?? thanks guys

After setup it will automatically pop up when new email comes in.. No need press/push anything...

Have you read the existing threads on what is BIS and how it works? They should answer that question for you.

There is also a discussion thread on Digi / Maxis / Celcom packages. Look those up.
