Battlefield ... I m impressed shocking.gif with the graphic.

KS7000 series... his successor shud be QLED edy... As no other series featured Quantum colors edy.

My friend using OLED, after 2 years, got some burn mark at the bottom, sadly warranty not covered.

Yup... Downside of current market OLED tech... At least, not the ones that cost a kidney. biggrin.gif

Wonder would iPhone facing the same threat or not!? since they devoted into OLED technology beginning iPhone X. They maybe suffered the burned mark like Samsung S7...

Well, Samsung QLED with 1500 HDR. But performance in gaming, slightly higher than KS7000 by 1 or 2 ms difference. Not much but if there's any KS7000 still around. Its a very good buy!

Phone turnover rate is much higher than TV so the percentage of burn mark on display is frankly speaking quite low.

Only 1 of my mobile OLED hit burn out issue (orange tint at the bottom middle of the panel) which is my PS Vita 1000 from 5 years+ ago, and i suspected the burn out happen due to the charger (i think i left it charging too long once and it sort of burn the panel near the ports)

I had AMOLED since Note 2, then Note 3, then S7 Edge, and phone usually by the 3rd year you already itchy want to change hahaha.

I think the average of smart phone upgrade is around 2-3 years, barely any will make it to the 5th year mark (there are exception of course)

But OLED not wholly covered by warranty. Some dont even cover it. Case to case basis usually.

LOL S7 Edge has dead pixels (more like dead edge points) that probably was there since day 1 but I didn't notice it until a couple of months later.

They just change the whole screen for me including the glass since it is one single unit under warranty within an hour ish.

Fingers crossed I don't need to call them for any of my other Samsung products warranty (Fridge, Washing Machine, TV)

In addition to Haruji Sora's post... Phone AMOLED doesn't suffer the high certainty that the much bigger TV panels do.. Take mine for example... been using the Galaxy Note 3 as a daily driver shortly after its launch back in September 2013... Zero issues till date and still as brilliant a screen. knocks on wood. tongue.gif

The KS7000 is indeed a good buy.. Hoping when time to upgrade TV in a few years, one can get much better performance at current price point.

Samsung's warranty does cover manufacturing defects.. Got a pal who successfully claimed.. Didn't pay a sen.

Never install so not very sure.

But on Android Box Astro On The Go require the box to be on WiFi to connect (LAN unable to connect cause it is treated as Mobile Data or something)

Maybe something similar?

Either that or there is no update rendering that app useless LOL.

As Haruji mentioned u, use WiFi connection. I installed on my Minix Neo U1 try LAN connection under latest versions failed but version 5.1.1 only working. Once connected to WiFi, no problem at all.

Just bought an UA65MU6100, waiting the shop sending to my house tomorrow. Price RM4999, donno is good deal or not.

Quite excited eventough it is a basic 4k tv(Currently using toshiba 40inch five years already, for sizewise, really a big different). First time buying basic 4k samsung tv, hopefully it can serve me at least few years time lahhh..

At first considering Panasonic EX600K 65inch,best price RM5575. But it dont have bluetooth function, expensive than MU6100, for picture quality i cant really see major difference, so at last i bought MU6100.

Will share more once received the TV tomorrow. Thanks

I can’t even login as it keeps saying unable to connect to HyppTV Everywhere. In the homepage of HyppTV Everywhere on Smart TV also nothing shows and the same error message.
