1)master, most local bank blacklist this property due its an unfinished project (thats what some bank told me). Thus we still stuck with master title.

2)demand surely will high there. low price for duplex. no news yet if they will start the constructions.
will be hasle if they do (dusty/noisy/security due so many construction people).
BTW if they really want to proceed, they need to add 2nd entrance to the property as promissed in the earlier phase. Thats what i heard.

3)so far so good. no issue. Resident's feedback well taken.

4)most condo only provide 1 carpark. Great that they gave 2. as Sakos mentioned, keep the spare keys.
For me, my neighbour's car not always there. Lucky us!

One important tips is to know the traffic flow of damansara damai and see if you can adapt to it.
Morning traffic are the most busy, u might stuck near to 30minutes before reaching the main road if you go out at 8am. not really an issue for traffic before 8am. just based on my experience. biggrin.gif

Thanks so much for the input. I have finally decided to get the unit over at Armanee. My only concern is actually the traffic. But heck, I worked at KLCC and I've been worst jam than damansara Damai (hopefully tongue.gif )

I have omitted onto taking a pic of the abandoned block. However, its location is situated at the far rear section of the vicinity. Honestly, at a glace (from the Ground level) you won't even realize there is an abandoned project within Armanee, until your viewing the swimming pool from the top or literally head towards the site your self.

eh my wife worked at KLCC. She left hse 630am sharp to drop my daughter at sri damansara school. She left sri damansara around 715am and managed to reach KL around 8/815am

Traffic is really not that bad most days. It's usually when some dummy cause accident at the main road that everyone will get stuck.

Wait until you actually live there...then you know how bad the traffic is. Worse than KLCC

Traffic is at all places that is popular to live at.
But NOT for long coz MRT nearby (Sg Buloh), just about 2.5 Km away should solve this problem soon.

How do MRT solve the traffic problem ? The root cause is because only ONE access road in/out to Damansara Damai.

More people would opt to use public transport (MRT) thus less cars on road ;leading to less jam

I agree MRT may reduce the jam but it does not solve the problem. Cars will still stuck in the jam to exit Damansara Damai via the only access road. Damansarai Damai needs a second access road.

Keano82 has a point. Even with MRT, damansara damai residents still need to DRIVE out from Damai to the station.

The one road in/ out from Damamsara Damai needs to be resolved or else it will die a slow death.

I agree that the jam is difficult. there has been talks about providing buggy services for some of the condos/apartment in Damansara Damai. I think Saujana Apartment has such service.
This could solve the drive in and out scenario for some extent.

Whilst all these discussions on buggies or buses or MRT construction or traffic congestion, I am very sure that at this moment in time, Armanee Condo is still a GEM due to the good SECURITY , SPACIOUS built up , landscape, the VIEW and the PRICE.

It is unparalleled to many other luxurious condo. People still walk into the condo environment and go "Wow...what a magnificent architecture..." yawn.gif

Traffic jam easing and building another exit is STILL possible-maybe not now but still possible in the FUTURE.
But once you buy a shoe box condo, you can't do much except to sell it and buy a bigger one when your family gets bigger. Selling and buying back is not an easy process for many. Age catches up, interest rates catches up, price catches up (post gst).... rclxub.gif
